We receive the image you choose to print, your product and design choices, your delivery and contact details, and any messages or evidence you share for support. We receive payment and shipment updates so we can keep you informed. Your full card details are entered at checkout.

How we use and share it

We use this information to prepare your preview, process payments, print and ship your order, provide support, and prevent abuse. We share the details needed with the services that carry out those steps. We also use basic usage and error information to keep the service working.

How long we keep it

Print files for unpaid drafts expire after seven days. Paid print files are kept for up to 180 days and may be held longer if fulfillment is unresolved. We keep order and support records as needed to provide support, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
